Maqro AI (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use maqroai.com or book an audit, how we use it, and the choices you have. Information we collect

  • Contact details you submit through our intake form (name, email, company, role, website).
  • Information you volunteer about your business goals and AI interests during an audit conversation.
  • Anonymous analytics data (via Google Analytics) about pages visited and links clicked.

Cookies set by this site

  • Google Analytics 4 — _ga, _ga_JGE0LS7QKQ (and other _ga_* variants). Used to measure aggregate site traffic and link-click events. We do not use these to track individuals across other sites.
  • Essential cookies — the contact form uses session-only state to prevent automated submissions (no persistent storage).

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and schedule your AI audit.
  • To understand site usage in aggregate and improve the content.
  • To send occasional updates, if you’ve opted in.

Sub-processors

We rely on the following service providers to operate the site and our business. Each one has its own privacy and security posture:

  • Vercel — site hosting and edge delivery.
  • Google Analytics — aggregate site analytics.
  • Google Workspace (Gmail SMTP) — intake form delivery to connect@maqroai.com.
  • Linear — internal task tracking (does not store visitor data).

For paid engagements, additional sub-processors apply (model providers, integration platforms). These are listed in the engagement’s Data Processing Agreement (DPA) when one is in scope.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the sub-processors above and when required by law. We sign DPAs (under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, and equivalent regimes) on request, and BAAs for engagements that touch HIPAA-covered information. See our security page for the full posture.

Your choices
